Everything you need to know about my creations
Shipping & Delivery
All orders are shipped from Barcelona, Spain. Once your piece is ready to be shipped, you will receive an email with your shipping information and tracking details.
Shipping costs are calculated according to your delivery destination and will be shown at checkout. Orders are shipped with Correos Express, InPost, SEUR or DHL, depending on the destination.
Spain: €8, 1–2 business days
France: €14, 2–3 business days
Portugal: €11, 2–3 business days
Europe: €16–€19, 3–4 business days
United Kingdom: €16, 3–4 business days
Rest of the World: €25–€30, 5–8 business days
Pickup point delivery: If you’re located in Europe and prefer delivery to a pickup point, simply contact me after placing your order and I’ll arrange it for you!
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, carrier and customs processing.
For orders shipped outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes and any additional customs fees are not included in the shipping price and may be charged upon arrival. These costs are the responsibility of the customer.
For Made to Order pieces, please allow approximately 4 weeks for production before your order is shipped. The delivery time above is added after the production period.

– A handcrafted wooden jewelry box
– A cotton pouch
– A symbolic card explaining the meaning of your stone
– A thank-you card
Returns & Exchanges
Returns and size exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order. Please contact me at nomesjewelry@gmail.com with your order number. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. As each piece is carefully handcrafted by me, refunds are not possible.
Once the piece is returned, I will either recreate it in the requested size, or we can choose together another piece that I may already have in stock.
Size exchanges are given priority in my production schedule so I can send the new piece as quickly as possible.If you are unsure about your ring size, please don’t hesitate to reach out before ordering. I’ll be happy to help you find the right size depending on the model!

Made to order
All Made to order pieces are handcrafted by me upon order in my studio in Barcelona.
As I’m a one-woman business, please allow around 4 weeks for me to create your piece before it is shipped to you.
As each piece is one-of-a-kind, slight variations from the images may occur.
Ready to Ship
Ready to Ship pieces are pieces that are already handcrafted and ready to leave my studio.
They are shipped within 1–2 business days after your order is placed.

JEWELRY CARE
Sterling Silver (925)
Each piece is made from 925 Sterling Silver, valued for its strength and durability.
I chose to finish each piece with a high-purity Ag 1000 silver plating to help preserve its natural brightness for longer.
To help preserve your jewellery, avoid repeated contact with water, perfume, cosmetics and other chemicals. Remove your jewellery at the end of the day and store each piece individually in its box, away from humidity and direct sunlight.
18k Gold Vermeil
Vermeil is 18K gold plated 925 sterling silver, with a 5-micron layer of 18K gold. As I handcraft every creation myself, the quality of my gold plating is an absolute priority. That’s why I chose the finish of vermeil, which offers a thicker layer of gold and a more durable, long-lasting finish than standard gold plating.
